Installation
Free Installation Eligibility
Aqua Tech Texas provides free standard installation for the following products within a 15-mile radius of our service center:
• Water Softener Systems
• Reverse Osmosis (RO) Water Purification Systems
• Smart Bidet Toilets
Free installation applies to standard installations only. Additional charges may apply for complex setups or special site conditions.
Pacific Range Hood Installation Fee (Within 15 Miles)
• A standard installation fee of $200 applies for Pacific range hood installations within a 15-mile radius.
Installation Fee for Locations Beyond 15 Miles
For locations beyond 15 miles, installation fees are calculated based on distance:
• Base Fee: $200 (covers the first 15 miles)
• Additional Mileage Fee: $15 for every additional 1–5 miles beyond 15 miles
• An additional $15 applies for each subsequent 5-mile increment
Example Fee Calculation:
• 16 miles: $200 + $15 = $215
• 20 miles: $200 + $15 = $215
• 21 miles: $200 + $30 = $230
• 26 miles: $200 + $45 = $245
Distance Measurement
• Distance is calculated from Aqua Tech Texas’ service center to the installation location
• Projects beyond 15 miles may include additional installation and travel fees
Site Assessment
• Aqua Tech Texas reserves the right to conduct a site inspection before installation
• Installation cost may vary depending on site conditions and complexity
Installation Warranty
• Aqua Tech Texas provides a limited workmanship warranty on installation services
• Warranty details will be provided upon installation completion
Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for:
• Ensuring installation area is accessible
• Providing necessary permissions or approvals
• Preparing the site for installation
Additional charges may apply if delays or complications occur due to site conditions.
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
• Customers must provide reasonable notice for cancellations or rescheduling
• Failure to provide notice may result in cancellation fees
Terms Acceptance
By scheduling installation services with Aqua Tech Texas, customers acknowledge and accept these terms and conditions. Special arrangements must be agreed upon in writing.
