Installation Warranty Terms and Conditions
1. Limited Warranty Coverage
Aqua Tech Texas provides a limited installation warranty covering workmanship performed during installation.
2. Coverage Duration
The installation warranty period will be provided upon completion of the installation. Duration may vary depending on the system type and installation scope.
3. Workmanship Assurance
This warranty ensures proper installation and functionality of:
• Water Softener Systems
• RO Water Purification Systems
• Smart Bidet Toilets
• Pacific Range Hoods
It covers issues directly caused by installation workmanship.
4. Customer Responsibilities
To maintain warranty coverage, customers must:
• Follow all provided post-installation care instructions
• Properly maintain the installed system
Failure to follow guidelines may void warranty coverage.
5. Warranty Claims
Customers must contact Aqua Tech Texas promptly if warranty service is needed. Our team will inspect and resolve any covered issues.
6. Warranty Exclusions
Warranty does not cover damage caused by:
• Natural disasters
• Accidents or misuse
• Unauthorized modifications or repairs
• External factors beyond Aqua Tech Texas’ control
7. Unauthorized Modifications
Any system modifications or repairs performed by unauthorized parties may void the warranty.
8. Changes to Warranty Terms
Aqua Tech Texas reserves the right to update warranty terms. Customers will be notified of any changes.
9. Acceptance of Terms
By accepting installation services, customers agree to these warranty terms. Any special agreements must be confirmed in writing.

Covers defects in electronic monitor components
• 10-Year Limited Brine Tank Warranty (Parts Only)
Covers material and manufacturing defects
• 10-Year Limited Resin Tank Warranty (Parts Only)
Ensures resin tank structural integrity
Conditions:
Warranty excludes damage caused by misuse, neglect, or improper installation.
RO Water Purification Systems
• 2-Year Limited Parts and Labor Warranty
Covers system components and installation-related service
Conditions:
Excludes misuse, neglect, or improper installation.
Smart Bidet Toilet
• 2-Year Limited Parts and Labor Warranty
Covers functional components and service
Conditions:
Excludes misuse, neglect, or improper installation.
Pacific Range Hood
• Motor: Lifetime Warranty
Covers defects in motor materials and workmanship
• Parts: 5-Year Limited Warranty
Covers manufacturing defects
• Wall-Mounted Range Hood Motor: 3-Year Warranty
• Wall-Mounted Range Hood Parts: 3-Year Limited Warranty

Service Warranty
